As we scale and diversify, we are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to strengthen our supply chain and lead all procurement functions with integrity, efficiency, and strategic foresight.

Job Summary:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing and streamlining the procurement process of raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective purchases aligned with quality and compliance standards, contributing to uninterrupted operations and optimal inventory levels across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish contracts ensuring quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
• Forecast purchasing trends based on sales, stock levels, and seasonal demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Inventory, Finance, Retail, Warehouse, E-commerce) to assess material needs and budget constraints.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery timelines to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant laws.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement status, savings, and supplier evaluations.
• Initiate cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
• Manage the procurement budget and ensure accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in procurement, preferably in the FMCG, supplements, or retail sector.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory control.
• Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities and strategic thinking.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in supplement/nutrition industry or retail supply chain.
• Understanding of import procedures and local regulatory compliance (if applicable).
• Ability to manage multiple supplier portfolios and fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
