To announce a vacancy for a Procurement Officer position according to the details below in addition to the other requirements like driving license, Arabic & English speaking , valid QID, minimum 5 years' experience in Qatar market....

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive and review purchase requests from various departments in accordance with specified requirements.

2. Search for suitable suppliers and contact them to obtain quotations.

3. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and quality.

4. Issue approved purchase orders (following approval by Administrative Affairs, Finance, or CEO—depending on the value of the purchase or deal) and follow up until delivery is completed.

5. Coordinate with the storekeeper or warehouse personnel to receive goods and verify compliance with the order.

6. Monitor stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse and propose reorders when necessary.

7. Participate in periodic inventory counts and review inventory results.

8. Update records related to purchases and inventory and ensure consistency between quantities and invoices.

9. Evaluate supplier performance and document observations regarding quality and delivery.

10. Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities, projected needs, and cost analysis.

11. Ensure compliance with approved procurement and storage policies and procedures.

12. Support continuous improvement in purchasing processes and cost reduction without compromising quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
