We will provide a salary of 2500 QAR to 3500 QAR with accommodation to manage and oversee all employee accommodations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment. The role also focuses on employee welfare, maintaining high morale, and ensuring smooth daily camp operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise camp facilities (rooms, kitchen, laundry, clinic, security, and maintenance).</li><li>Ensure camp cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.</li><li>Manage room allocations and maintain resident records.</li><li>Supervise transportation and ensure driver compliance with safety schedules.</li><li>Handle employees&rsquo; daily needs and complaints through CMS or direct communication.</li><li>Monitor morale and welfare of employees; organize recreational or social activities.</li><li>Enforce camp rules, safety, and security policies.</li><li>Respond quickly to emergencies or issues within the camp.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp conditions, occupancy, and welfare matters.</li><li>Coordinate with HR for special cases (illness, death, family issues, etc.).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Management, HR, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in Camp Management or Employee Welfare (preferably in service/operations sector).</li><li>Strong communication &amp; leadership skills.</li><li>Good computer and reporting skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Occupational Health &amp; Safety regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
