About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Production Manager to join our team and drive seamless coordination across multiple creative projects. You will act as the bridge between our internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring that content production workflows run smoothly and deadlines are met consistently. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Core Responsibilities:

● Own all client delivery and internal execution

● Run the EOS rhythm (L10s, Scorecard, Rocks, IDS)

● Drive team performance, creative execution, and system reliability

● Align delivery with revenue growth (retention, upsells, onboarding)

● Maintain visibility for the CEO without requiring daily involvement

● Proactively protect CEO’s time and prevent escalation

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary project coordinator across multiple ongoing projects.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on detailed content calendars and ensure all logistics and content requirements are clearly communicated to respective project teams.
• Track progress of deliverables, ensuring timely execution and publishing of all content.
• Coordinating with on-ground teams, ensuring that both individual and collaborative projects run smoothly and align with the strategic direction and creative objectives set by leadership.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure responsibilities are being met according to the planned schedule.
• Actively communicate updates, progress, and blockers to both the CEO and clients as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation and status reports for all projects.
• Troubleshoot delays and proactively resolve production bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• With 4 to 5+ years of experience in project management.
• An excellent communicator who can manage multiple projects with ease.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in project coordination or production management, preferably within digital marketing, media, or creative teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana is a plus.
• Fluency in English communication, both written and oral, is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
