Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and lead sales initiatives in the Traditional Trade segment for our range of plastic household items. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of proven sales experience in a similar domain, with strong connections in retail and distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business relationships with traditional trade partners including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Drive product visibility and availability in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, gather insights, and resolve customer issues.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
- Track competitor activity and provide timely feedback to the management.
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure product availability.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide training and support when necessary.
- Generate timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5 to 7 years of relevant sales experience in plastic household items or similar consumer goods.
- Strong experience in Traditional Trade with an established network of retail and distributor contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Preferred Qualities:
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English. Arabic will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- Allowances as per company policy.

Pay: RO350.000 - RO700.000 per month
