Looking for candidates with robust experience in project lifecycle management and site coordination within the utility or industrial sectors.The Project Engineer &ndash; Aftersales acts as the main point of contact between the end client and the internal team for all post-sale project activities. This role is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and organizing tasks across departments, managing site delivery and logistics, handling documentation, and ensuring that after-sales project requirements are completed smoothly and professionally.Communication &amp; Client Coordination<ul><li>Act as focal point between end customers and company for all Order to Cash after-sales</li></ul>communications.<ul><li>Coordinate directly with the Customer on a regular basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Attend weekly customer meetings to share progress and resolve open issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Submit technical drawings and documents to the customer and manage responses to</li></ul>comments.<ul><li>Address and report on any site complaints or technical issues raised by clients.</li></ul>Internal Coordination<ul><li>Organize and leads all communication and expedition of internal departments (design, planning, logistics, warehouse, QA/QC).</li></ul>2 &bull; Coordinate internal war room sessions to align team efforts on active projects.<ul><li>Ensure cross-departmental readiness for FAT, deliveries, and other project milestones.</li></ul>Project Execution &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Raise FAT notifications and coordinate schedules with clients and internal QA/QC teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with warehouse and logistics teams to manage material movement and site deliveries.</li></ul><ul><li>Track project sales and compare against confirmed orders and delivery status.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate monthly stock verification and create inventory reports related to active projects.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain organized and updated project files, including approvals, comments, delivery notes,</li></ul>and correspondence.<ul><li>Submit invoices to clients based on project milestones and follow up as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Support preparation and updates of the In-Country Value (ICV) plan as per project</li></ul>requirements.<ul><li>Generate and share regular progress reports with internal and external stakeholders</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: RO800.000 - RO900.000 per monthWork Location: In person

The role will play a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, effective governance, and smooth coordination of board-related activities.Key Responsibilities1. Contract &amp; Legal Oversight<ul><li>Review, validate, and manage supplier agreements and contracts to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation</li><li>Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate safeguards</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and version control of all contracts</li></ul>2. Board Coordination &amp; Governance<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule Board Meetings, including agenda planning and logistics</li><li>Prepare accurate minutes of meetings and ensure timely circulation</li><li>Track action points and ensure follow-ups are completed within deadlines</li><li>Develop and publish dashboards and reports on board decisions and progress</li></ul>3. Board Resolutions<ul><li>Draft, review, and finalize Board Resolutions in line with regulatory and organizational requirements</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and record-keeping of resolutions</li></ul>4.
