Job Title: Sardine Line SupervisorLocation: DuqmJob descriptionTo ensure the smooth running of the sardines&rsquo; production line by ensuring product quality and safety as well as maintaining a hygienic and safe workplace.Ensuring Productivity<ul><li>All process related forms are duly filled</li><li>Assessing the product quality</li><li>Maintaining a hygienic and safe workplace</li><li>Follow up on maintenance and servicing of machinery related to the sardines line.</li><li>Responsible to maintain, update and continually improve IMS Standards (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Halal Management.</li></ul>Qualifications:Technical Competencies<ul><li>Previous experience in sardines processing</li><li>Knowledge on sardines` lines control parameters</li><li>Ability to understand each and every step of the processing line</li></ul>Leadership/Behavioral Competencies<ul><li>Passionate about the work.</li><li>Inclination towards learning and growth</li><li>Team player</li><li>Positive attitude</li></ul>Salary will be negotiableJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
