We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you are passionate about luxury hospitality/F&B design and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop design concepts and plans for interior spaces that align with the brand’s identity and guest expectations.
• Lead the interior design process from concept through to completion.
• To ensure interior design seamlessly integrates with architectural elements, such as structural features, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source and install materials and furnishings.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and renovation projects, addressing any design adjustments and ensuring quality control.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source and install materials and furnishing.
• Prepare detailed construction and design documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, for use by contractors and builders.
• Ensure that interior designs align with the company’s branding and maintain a consistent image across all venues.
• Provide regular progress updates and presentations to management and stakeholders.
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role and must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Strong proficiency in design and architectural software e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E sourcing.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Good knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Previous experience in interior design especially within hospitality industry/projects.
• Good communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing design trends.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
