Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager / Business & Finance Head

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination, production tracking, and logistics. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing and delivery of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, trims, fabrics, and packaging materials as per production requirements.
• Maintain updated records of inventory, material requisitions, and stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the design, merchandising, and production teams to align procurement with seasonal calendars.
• Monitor and track production timelines, ensuring timely dispatch of garments to warehouses or retail outlets.
• Manage inward and outward logistics, ensuring cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to procurement status, vendor performance, and shipment tracking.
• Support quality control by coordinating inspection schedules and handling non-compliance issues with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, import/export regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in the textile or fashion industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of textile materials, garment production cycles, and vendor sourcing is advantageous.
