Telesales Executive (Telugu Speaking)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive who is fluent in Telugu and has a background in the fintech or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, explaining financial products/services, and converting leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Explain financial products and services clearly in Telugu and English
- Identify customer needs and pitch relevant solutions
- Follow up on leads, handle queries, and ensure a smooth customer journey
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in fintech/crypto.
- Fluency in Telugu (mandatory); basic English or Hindi is a plus
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good understanding of financial products like loans, wallets, or payment solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fintech startup or financial call center
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines in financial services
