Job Description

Overview :
Take full responsibility for end-to-end payroll process of US staff and contractors, including calculating wages, deductions, benefits, and ensuring timely salary disbursement.

  • Payroll Preparation and Administration: Prepare and administer biweekly or monthly payroll, maintain issue logs, and coordinate with the Reporting Manager to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Transaction Recording: Accurately record bank payments, collections, and credit card transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBOE) according to the nature of each transaction.
  • Vendor and Intercompany Transactions: Manage the recording and actualization of vendor invoices, and handle the recording of payables and receivables, including inter-company transactions.
  • Insurance Payments & Renewals: Schedule and process insurance payments through online portals, ensuring compliance with due dates and policy requirements. Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies.
  • Annual Compliance: Oversee the review and submission of annual 1099/W-2 forms, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Manage accounts payable tasks, including scheduling payments.
  • Client and Vendor Communication: Communicate with clients and vendors/contractors regarding timesheets/hours, expense sheets, and resolve any related issues.
  • Document Management: Organize and file time sheets, vendor invoices, expense reports, and other employment-related documents.
  • Cost Accruals: Record cost accruals and coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, payroll taxes, garnishments, and state filings by managing and overseeing related compliance tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Any other task(s) as assigned from time to time by the reporting manager.
  • Experience : 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Education: CA/ACCA (full/part qualified)/ CMA preferred
  • Shift time : Night (7pm-4am) PKT - Remote
