Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT solutions, including Networking, hardware, software solutions, cybersecurity, cloud services and ELV Solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and SMEs.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations.
  • Recommend IT solutions, including enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and managed services.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to offer the best solutions to customers.
  • Analyze market demands and provide insights to improve service offerings.
  • Prepare quotations, RFPs, and technical proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Ensure timely order processing and follow-up on payment collections.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
