Position Overview:Turn Up Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with expertise in Elementor and WP Bakery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance WordPress websites. This role involves critical deployment management, site security, and performance optimization, ensuring that our websites are user-friendly and functionally robust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor and WP Bakery, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Customize and enhance WordPress themes and plugins to meet client-specific requirements.
• Manage website deployment processes, ensuring smooth launches with minimal downtime.
• Implement and maintain secure WordPress sites, focusing on data protection, malware prevention, and site security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality, performance, and security.
• Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and reliability, ensuring that websites meet high-performance standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure website solutions meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Regularly update and maintain WordPress core, themes, and plugins, ensuring compatibility with new versions.
• Monitor and manage critical site operations, including uptime, backups, and security audits.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to implement design changes and enhance website functionality.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and aligned with digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong focus on Elementor and WP Bakery.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Strong experience with WordPress deployment and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress security practices and tools to ensure site protection against threats.
• Experience with website optimization techniques, including caching, CDN integration, and database management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in integrating third-party tools and APIs into WordPress websites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with WooCommerce for e-commerce site development.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and site optimization techniques.
• Understanding of hosting environments (cPanel, WHM, and cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud).
