Job Title: Electrical Engineer – FM

📝 Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems operation, maintenance, and compliance within commercial, residential, or industrial facilities. A minimum of 8 years' experience in facility management is required, along with a valid UPDA Grade A or B. This role is based in Qatar, and immediate availability is essential.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all electrical installations comply with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), Kahramaa, and QCDD regulations.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical assets across the facility.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns efficiently to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with facility engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSE protocols and safety standards in electrical operations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, technical evaluations, and supporting procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports of electrical systems using CAFM/BMS systems.
• Support audits, inspections, and permit renewals related to electrical installations.
• Provide technical input during renovations, upgrades, and new fit-out projects.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• UPDA Grade A or B license (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of electrical engineering experience in facility management in the GCC, preferably Qatar.
• Qatar-based candidates only with valid QID and NOC.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, safety codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with CAFM and BMS systems.
