Position: Operations Manager Qualification: UPDA Grade A and QCDD Certified Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in operations within the facilities management Language: Must be fluent in Arabic Availability: Immediate Joiner &nbsp;Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Operations Manager to lead our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale facilities, strong leadership abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of local regulatory requirements including UPDA A Grade and QCDD compliance. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and performance of hard and soft FM services across commercial, residential, or industrial properties.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;<ul><li>Oversee daily facility operations including MEP, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with QCDD fire safety standards, health &amp; safety regulations, and UPDA/QCS codes.</li><li>Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians; supervise contractor performance and KPIs.</li><li>Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs.</li><li>Prepare and manage operational budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocations.</li><li>Lead audits, inspections, and QCDD certifications for systems like fire alarms, sprinklers, and life safety.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, provide reports on asset condition, risk assessments, and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with project and engineering teams for renovations, upgrades, and fit-outs.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications :&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>UPDA Grade A License (mandatory).&nbsp;</li><li>QCDD Certification (mandatory).&nbsp;</li><li>PMP, NEBOSH, or FM certifications (e.g., IFMA, CFM) are a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong experience in managing FM contracts, CAFM systems, and service-level performance.</li></ul>

Operations Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering &nbsp;Experience: &nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum 12 years of relevant experience</li><li>7 years in FM in the Gulf</li><li>3 years on projects involving integrated smart systems &nbsp;</li></ul>Specialized Skills: &nbsp;<ul><li>Advanced skills in BMS troubleshooting and integration across subsystems &nbsp;</li></ul>Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;<ul><li>Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) performance</li><li>Analyze data trends to optimize energy and system efficiency</li><li>Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and apply timely fixes</li><li>Support integration of HVAC, lighting, security, and fire systems</li><li>Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD</li></ul>

BMS Engineer
