Certifications Required:

• UPDA Grade A or B (Urban Planning and Development Authority – Qatar)
• QCDD Certification is a plus (e.g., for fire/smoke control in HVAC systems)

📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HVAC systems operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across commercial, residential, or industrial buildings. Candidates must have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and FM operations, hold a valid UPDA Grade A or B, and be available immediately in Qatar.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC performance issues, breakdowns, and emergency faults promptly.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC assets.
• Review HVAC designs, load calculations, and support renovation or upgrade projects.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead inspections and audits for HVAC systems and support QCDD documentation and approvals.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization preferred).
• UPDA Grade A or B license (mandatory).
• 12+ years of experience in HVAC systems with significant exposure in FM environments.
• Solid understanding of MEP integration, air balancing, refrigerant systems, and HVAC automation.
• Familiarity with QCDD smoke management guidelines, ventilation codes, and emergency response design.
• Qatar-based with valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
