Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Operations Manager to lead our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale facilities, strong leadership abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of local regulatory requirements including UPDA A Grade and QCDD compliance. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and performance of hard and soft FM services across commercial, residential, or industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Oversee daily facility operations including MEP, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance. 
• Ensure compliance with QCDD fire safety standards, health & safety regulations, and UPDA/QCS codes.
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians; supervise contractor performance and KPIs.
• Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocations.
• Lead audits, inspections, and QCDD certifications for systems like fire alarms, sprinklers, and life safety.
• Conduct client meetings, provide reports on asset condition, risk assessments, and performance. 
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams for renovations, upgrades, and fit-outs.

Required Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. 
• UPDA Grade A License (mandatory). 
• QCDD Certification (mandatory). 
• PMP, NEBOSH, or FM certifications (e.g., IFMA, CFM) are a plus. 
• Strong experience in managing FM contracts, CAFM systems, and service-level performance.
