Job Summary:

Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to manage day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, inventory coordination, vendor payments, staff records, and ensuring smooth back-office operations. This is a dual-role position requiring accuracy, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain day-to-day financial records, vouchers, receipts, and payment documentation.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, bank reconciliations, and petty cash statements.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Assist in monthly closing and coordination with the head office finance team.
  • Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the store team for stock verification.
  • Monitor showroom expenses and prepare financial summaries for management.
  • Handle customer invoicing, advance payments, and payment confirmations.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
  • Oversee office supplies, facility maintenance, and utility coordination.
  • Assist in handling recruitment paperwork, employee onboarding, and admin support.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and head office for operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles (retail/furniture sector preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
  • Good understanding of financial and admin procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite at the Enza Home Islamabad showroom.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail accounting and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and basic HR administration.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
