Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team (if applicable).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
  • Minimum 7-8 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Monthly Salary: PKR 200,000
