Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team (if applicable).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
- Minimum 7-8 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Monthly Salary: PKR 200,000
