Job Summary:
Enza Home is seeking a results-driven and energetic Business Development Officer to expand our customer base, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and home furnishings, and a strong ability to connect with clients, architects, designers, and corporate buyers to promote Enza Home’s premium furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2C and B2B segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
- Present Enza Home’s product range to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with showroom, sales, and marketing teams to align business development efforts.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project-based solutions.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the brand.
- Maintain a CRM database of prospects, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in furniture, interior design, or lifestyle sectors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must be proactive, self-driven, and able to work full-time onsite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with architects, designers, or real estate developers.
- Understanding of interior design concepts and home décor trends.
- Ability to manage project-based sales and follow up with clients professionally.
