• Software Development
• Design, implement, and test control software using C, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, VC++, and Java.
• Develop and maintain software algorithms for manufacturing automation systems.
• PLC Programming
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure seamless integration with manufacturing equipment.
• Optimize PLC code to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• System Design & Integration
• Develop and integrate circuit and control systems for advanced manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Simulation & Testing
• Perform simulations using MATLAB/Simulink to validate system designs.

Candidate Requirements

• Education & Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferable but not compulsory. Candidates with a less than 4-year college diploma are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in circuit and control system development.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in programming languages: C, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, VC++, and Java.
• Strong experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and tools.

Japanese Language Requirement:

Candidates with JLPT N5, N4, or upper level of JLPT (Japanese-language Proficiency Test) will be prioritized and directly shortlisted, while non-Japanese speakers are also encouraged to apply if they are willing to learn.
