We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fit-Out Manager to oversee tenant coordination and fit-out delivery across commercial, retail, and F&B units. The Fit-Out Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all tenants complete their fit-outs in compliance with the master developer’s technical guidelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing fast-paced fit-out projects, coordinating with internal departments, consultants, and contractors, and guiding tenants from design to handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned tenants throughout the fit-out process, from onboarding to completion and handover.
- Review and approve fit-out design submissions, ensuring compliance with the guidelines, lease agreements, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (MEP, FLS, architectural, HSE, operations) to facilitate timely design reviews and approvals.
- Manage the fit-out programme, monitor construction progress, and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship, adherence to approved designs, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support tenants and their consultants in obtaining authority approvals (e.g., DCD, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.).
- Issue fit-out permits, track NOCs, manage site access control, and coordinate temporary services and logistics as required.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may impact fit-out delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, design approvals, inspections, variations, and handover documentation.
- Participate in value engineering, lease negotiation support, and change management processes related to fit-out works.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, , or Construction Management.
- 5–7 years of experience in tenant coordination, project management, or interior fit-out delivery within mixed-use, retail, or commercial developments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent fit-out projects to high quality and within tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of UAE building regulations, authority approval processes, and fit-out industry best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of fit-out management platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience working for a developer, operator, or consultancy on large-scale real estate or retail assets is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
