Job Summary:

Al Haadi Mobilya Lahore is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Production to oversee all manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production of furniture products. The ideal candidate will lead production planning, quality control, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise the entire production process to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules in coordination with sales and supply chain departments.
• Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations across the production floor.
• Lead, mentor, and manage production supervisors, technicians, and floor staff.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Maintain production records, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
• Drive innovation and adoption of best manufacturing practices and technologies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards and resolve production issues.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in production management, preferably in furniture manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in ERP and production management software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite at the Lahore production facility.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale furniture manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and modern manufacturing technologies.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in production.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
