We're committed to operational excellence and are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, system support, and user assistance in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups
• Ensure data security, system updates, and firewall monitoring
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide technical support
• Manage email systems, Office 365, cloud backups, and VPNs
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and licensing records

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT administration
• Served as IT support for a medium to large-sized organization in the food and beverage services, hospitality, or retail sector
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and backup solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft are a plus
