Job Description
  • JOB PURPOSE:


To facilitate all of Nadec’s IT projects, measure, and track project progress, resolve issues, minimize risks, and improve project performance in collaboration with Corporate PMO and relevant stakeholders, to ensure meeting business owner’s expectations and successful delivery of Nadec’s IT projects.

  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Core Accountabilities

Project Planning & Management

  • Identify and communicate the changes that may affect the project’s scope or timeline.
  • Manage team members by delegating tasks and setting expectations for performance.
  • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and other key metrics to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication about projects.
  • Develop and maintain a project schedule and keep it updated as the project progresses.
  • Review all deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with company branding guidelines.
  • Oversee team member performance and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Ensure that all legal requirements are met throughout the life of the project.
  • Manage clients at all phases of the project, including establishing expectations, responding to questions, and resolving issues.

• Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of the organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.

• Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

  • JOB CONTEXT
  • Lead - Projects will work from Nadec head office and will travel to other Nadec locations as per business need.

  • QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in MIS, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Prince 2 / PMP Certified.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in IT application project management, preferably SAP project.

Skills:

  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Project management skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.

  • Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
