 Achieve the planned sales turnover and market coverage through regular visits to all sales outlets as per route plan while maintaining the highest standards of performance 100% product availability by customer.

 Achieve the daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring complete and proper coverage of the allocated area.(category wise &amp; Total)

 Maintain the category GP Vs Budget
 </li>

 Maintain customer GP Vs Budget
 </li>
 <li>
 ensure that all outlets are visited in the correct sequence, follow the planned call in each outlet and make sure that they are well stocked with all our Products.
 </li>

 Conduct commercial conversations and selling to customers all products whether on promotion or not.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities with both current and new customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Always maintain a good relationship with the customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop sales and distribution, in liaison with the Sales Supervisor, vertically by identifying and establishing business relationships with new clients and horizontally by introducing the full range of the products to existing clients.
 </li>

 Submit a daily activity report to the Supervisor detailing among others sales performance, market coverage and competitors&rsquo; activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Make collections for payments and settle with Finance Department Reflect high standards of performance in implementing trade promotions and marketing activities that relate to the route and customers
 </li>

 Direct the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda of the Protein department to deliver NADEC vision and mission.

 Develop and execute Protein strategies sales plans for TT and Fresh Meat products, including retail, food service, and online platforms.

 Lead and manage a team of Dairy supervisors, engineers, and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational objectives.

 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor a team of channel managers, providing strategic guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production performance, quality metrics, and resource utilization, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.

 <li>
 Implement lean Protein principles, process optimization techniques, and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies based on market insights and customer preferences.
 </li>

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand TT and Fresh Meat sales.
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems throughout the maintenance operations.

 Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
