 to support and lead merchandising activities at store level while ensuring excellence in execution and teamwork.

 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 To lead merchandising activities and events to achieve sales objectives by creating an inspiring team environment, maintaining open communication, and focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
 
 
 🔹
 
 Key &amp; Core Accountabilities
 
 
 
 ✅ Support and monitor field team attendance and ensure compliance with daily route plans.
 
 
 ✅ Ensure merchandising standards are followed (rotation, cleaning, replenishment, planogram, pricing, and handling damaged/expired items).
 
 
 ✅ Assist in achieving 90%+ compliance in surprise audits and store execution standards.
 
 
 ✅ Prepare, validate, and submit accurate reports on time.
 
 
 ✅ Proactively identify issues, escalate them, and follow up on solutions to ensure smooth store operations.
 
 
 ✅ Build strong relationships with retailers (Section Managers &amp; Store Managers) and collaborate closely with the Sales Team.
 
 
 ✅ Ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and compliance requirements.
 
 
 ✅ Motivate team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
