Position Summary

As we continue to expand our elite chauffeur fleet, we invite experienced Light Vehicle Drivers (Chauffeurs) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, punctual, and discreet chauffeur services for VIPs, corporate leaders, and high-profile guests.
• Ensure vehicles are immaculate, well-maintained, and ready for service at all times.
• Assist clients courteously with luggage, doors, and any personalized requirements, creating a seamless luxury experience.
• Plan and execute journeys efficiently using GPS navigation, traffic apps, and optimal routing tools.
• Comply fully with UAE traffic laws, RTA/ITC regulations, and RSL’s strict protocols on safety, etiquette, and professionalism.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, promptly report any maintenance needs, and maintain accurate trip and fuel logs.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.
• Age between 23 to 38 years.
• Clean driving record with strong knowledge of Dubai’s roads, airports, and key landmarks.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian) are a plus.
• Well-groomed, clean-shaven, and consistently presentable (business suit or company uniform as required).
• Confident using mobile apps, GPS devices, and digital dispatch systems.
• Courteous, discreet, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Physically fit to assist with luggage and perform related duties.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work in luxury chauffeur services, high-end limousine companies, or five-star hospitality.
• Familiarity with premium vehicle brands (Mercedes, BMW, Rolls-Royce, etc.) and luxury customer service standards.
• RTA-registered drivers must provide a valid NOC for card unlinking.

Additional Information

• Must be willing to work flexible, rotational shifts including weekends, public holidays, and VIP event schedules.
• Full compliance with UAE labor laws, RTA/ITC standards, and RSL operational procedures is required.
• A high level of discretion, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism is expected at all times.
