Job Accountabilities:
To lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of project-specific marketing and event initiatives at CADC. This role ensures that all marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand identity, communication strategy, and project objectives. It involves managing stakeholder engagement, supporting project launches, and ensuring brand consistency across all campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies and plans for each project in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing and Communication (CMC) department.
- Define the project’s unique selling points (USPs), value proposition, and target audience based on thorough research and alignment with CADC objectives.
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to promote individual projects.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Engage with key stakeholders such as investors, partners, community members, and government entities through targeted communication and event-driven outreach.
- Coordinate with internal departments and the CMC team to ensure consistent messaging and communication.
Event Management
- Plan and manage project-specific events (e.g., launch events, promotional activations) in coordination with the CMC and Events units.
- Ensure events support brand awareness and project objectives while delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences.
Brand Alignment & Material Development
- Work closely with the CMC brand unit to ensure that project branding (logos, names, visual identity) aligns with CADC standards and resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee the development of all project marketing and event materials and ensure compliance with CADC branding and messaging guidelines.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of project marketing and events activities using relevant KPIs.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to inform continuous improvement.
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure all marketing materials and event content are reviewed and approved by the CMC department before public release.
- Maintain consistent collaboration with the CMC department to ensure integrated and aligned efforts across all projects.
People & Budget Management
- Lead and manage the Project Marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Manage the project marketing budget effectively, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years of professional experience in Project Marketing or related field in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited University.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor messages to different audiences.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Marketing Manager
- Project Management or Event Marketing Certification
