Adecco is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead use case identification workshops and drive the successful adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organization based in Riyadh, KSA . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing change for IT implementations and should possess experience or deep understanding of Microsoft AI tools, particularly Copilot.

Role: OCM Consultant

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Duration: 3 months – with very high chances of extension – Subject to performance

Years of experience: 10 – 15 Years

Role:

To front end the used case identification workshop for Copilot implementation and drive adoption of the solution across the organization.

Skillset:

Strong expertise in Change Management execution for IT implementations.

Experience or strong knowledge of MS AI tools like Copilot
