 We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced
 
 Talent Acquisition Specialist
 
 to manage recruitment across our US,
 
 GTM Team
 
 . This role will manage full life cycle recruiting for GTM roles within the US. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent that drives growth.
 
 
 This is a full life cycle recruitment role in a fast-growing SaaS environment, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, autonomy, and making an impact through great hiring.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 ● Own the end-to-end hiring process for US, GTM functions&mdash; from intake to offer
 
 
 ensuring speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience.
 
 
 ● Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top performers in the SaaS
 
 
 ecosystem, including direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and referrals.
 
 
 ● Work closely with leadership and the People Team to align hiring plans with business
 
 
 goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, candidate recommendations,
 
 
 and hiring best practices.
 
 
 ● Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and transparent experience at every stage &mdash;
 
 
 representing our brand with professionalism and care.
 
 
 ● Partner with the broader TA team to strengthen our presence in each talent market and
 
 
 position the company as an employer of choice in SaaS.
 
 
 ● Stay on top of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring
 
 
 strategies to inform leadership decisions.
 
 
 ● Support G&amp;A initiatives as well.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 
 
 ● Full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring a variety of roles in a
 
 
 SaaS or tech company.
 
 
 ● Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, ideally with experience
 
 
 hiring across multiple countries.
 
 
 ● Strong sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn Recruiter expertise essential).
 
 
 ● Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes.
 
 
 ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills &mdash; credible, consultative, and
 
 
 collaborative.
 
 
 ● Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decisions.
 
 
 ● Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Fine print:
 
 
 
 This is a W2 position.

 Requirements
 
 :
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
 
 
 4&ndash;5 years of experience in Database Administration or similar IT roles
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Hands-on experience with:
 
 
 
 &bull; Oracle Database
 
 
 &bull; Microsoft SQL Server
 
 
 &bull; MySQL
 
 
 &bull; RDBMS &amp; ATP environments
 
 
 &bull; Database backup, recovery, tuning, and administration
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 ✔ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration
 
 
 ✔ Azure database/server administration
 
 
 ✔ OCI IAM, access policies, authentication, and compute management
