  Key Responsibilities

  <li>
   Collect, analyze the data to assess progress against project indicators and objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare timely and high-quality monitoring and evaluation reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create detailed data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using advanced Excel tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and policy briefs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a communication bridge between management, and stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage internal communications including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and follow-ups.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support coordination efforts for internal and external meetings, trainings, and evaluations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for MEAL documentation and data.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with Admin, Finance, IT, and HR departments to ensure MEAL integration.
  </li>
