Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Bahraini Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, performance, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management, with a proven ability to supervise staff, optimize workflows, and foster a motivated, collaborative environment. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential to keep the organization aligned with its goals.
Responsibilities & Duties:
o Manage and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
o Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices
o Monitor and analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
o Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance; support team development and motivation
o Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication
o Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to operations
o Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards
o Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
o Collaborate with senior management on business goals and operational strategy
o Lead operational projects from planning to execution
o Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and service standards for better engagement and results.

Experience & qualifications:

o Ability to foster accountability, promote staff engagement, and create a positive workplace culture
o Familiarity with technology platforms and digital tools is a plus
