As our business grows, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Operations Executive to join our team. This role is key to maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and premium standards our clients expect.

Role Overview
The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the daily flow of bookings, vehicle and driver coordination, service delivery, and overall client experience. This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills, operational foresight, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight & Coordination

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations for bookings and chauffeur dispatch.
  • Use systems such as ODOO, RSL Web Booker, and internal dashboards to ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Coordinate vehicle and driver availability to meet service demand without delays.

2. Client & Service Excellence

  • Act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring VIP-level responsiveness and personalized service.
  • Resolve issues, delays, or escalations quickly and diplomatically.
  • Ensure every journey reflects RSL’s luxury service standards.

3. Team Supervision & Development

  • Support and mentor junior operations team members.
  • Conduct system training (ODOO, booking platforms, RSL app) and monitor adherence to SOPs.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, urgency, and service excellence.

4. Real-Time Decision-Making

  • Proactively address operational challenges (vehicle availability, traffic, last-minute bookings).
  • Implement immediate solutions in collaboration with dispatch, chauffeurs, and customer care.

5. Systems & Data Accuracy

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of booking, payment, and trip records.
  • Work closely with the finance team for billing accuracy and client reconciliation.

6. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare detailed reports on fleet utilization, service KPIs, customer trends, and performance metrics.
  • Use insights to suggest process improvements and enhance operational output.

7. Client Experience Monitoring

  • Conduct post-service follow-ups for feedback and satisfaction tracking.
  • Lead quality control checks and mystery audits when required.

8. App & Promo Management

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotions and loyalty campaigns via the RSL app.
  • Provide operational support for app usage and troubleshoot user issues.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or luxury services.
  • Hands-on experience with ODOO ERP, CRM platforms, and real-time dispatch tools.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
