Salay Range : 5K-8K

Responsibilites :

• Maintain Base Line Planning for the entire Project and obtain consultant/client approval.
• Maintain Schedules, plans and oversee the entire program of work as per the BOQ in equal intervals.
• Prepares cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
• Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
• Monitor and report delays with actionable recovery plans.
• Updates the schedule based on input received from project team.
• Prepare the monthly Progress reports and Labor histograms.
• Flag early warnings for potential delays or mismatches in sequencing.
• Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning.
• Inputs the breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project.
• Ensure interdisciplinary coordination between MEP, civil, and other departments.
• Advice the Project Manager when delayed events occur and produce an extension of the time schedule in coordination with the commercial project team to support the claims.
• Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources.
• Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
• Develop contingency plans to avoid critical delays.
• Ensure alignment of work activities with the contractual project timeline.
• Conduct and participate in the progress and coordination meetings to discuss the status of the project.
• Evaluate and analyze progress through updated status reports in various formats based on the contract schedule to provide performance assessment and accurate forecasts.
• Maintain proper records of planning submissions, approvals, updates, and logs.
• Ensure planning data is accurate, consistent, and verifiable.

• 5-7 Years Experience in MEP engineering design and manufacturing
• Knowledge of automation and controls
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
