Key Responsibilities &middot; Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications. &middot; Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical MEP works. &middot; Float RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate quotations. &middot; Prepare comparison statements and negotiate with vendors. &middot; Assist in preparing BOQs/BOAs, tender submissions, and pre- qualification documents. &middot; Coordinate with draftsmen for quantity verification. &middot; Support value engineering and cost optimization. &middot; Maintain estimation records and documentation in line with ISO requirements. Requirements &middot; Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. &middot; 2&ndash;4 years of experience in MEP mechanical estimation and quantity surveying. &middot; Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. &middot; Experience in tendering, RFQs, vendor coordination, BOQ/BOA preparation, and cost estimation. &middot; Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (PlanSwift is an advantage). &middot; UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
