&#9989; Job Description &ndash; MEP Procurement OfficerPosition Title: MEP Procurement Officer Location: [UAE] Department: Procurement / MEP Reports To: Procurement Manager / Project ManagerRole Purpose:Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring MEP materials and services at competitive prices while ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers for MEP materials and equipment.</li><li>Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) and analyze bids.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering and project teams for material specifications.</li><li>Monitor market trends and ensure cost-effective purchasing.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in MEP procurement.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of MEP materials, standards, and suppliers.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
