We are looking for a driven Pricing Operations Specialist to help define and implement our end-to-end pricing strategy across key categories. You will work at the intersection of data, user demand, and business strategy to ensure our platform delivers competitive pricing and drives customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish pricing standards and manage key pricing strategies, including price access control, competitor benchmarking, dynamic pricing, and price presentation, to enhance the platform’s pricing perception and improve user satisfaction.
2. Identify core categories and hero SKUs based on user demand insights, and lead targeted pricing operations to strengthen our competitiveness.
3. Design and implement pricing operations workflows and toolkits , collaborating with cross-functional teams and merchants to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
4. Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing strategies , anticipate potential threats, and develop effective response plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in retail or e-commerce, especially in merchandising or pricing operations
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to explore new ideas
