 Culture Framework Development: Lead the development and iteration of the corporate culture system, ensuring strong alignment with company strategy, values, and business goals.

 Culture Activation Programs: Design and implement culture activation plans (e.g., translating values into observable behaviors, culture training, internal communications) to drive company-wide understanding and practice.

 Culture Diagnosis &amp; Improvement: Assess the current culture through surveys, interviews, and data analysis; provide improvement recommendations and drive execution.
