 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>

 We are seeking a qualified and experienced Litigation Counsel to join our legal team in Saudi Arabia. This role will primarily support various business lines on a wide range of contentious dispute matters, including civil, commercial, administrative litigation, labor arbitration &amp; litigation, and other ADR proceedings.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ideal candidate shall be capable of handling dispute resolution cases independently, and play a key role in designing and managing litigation strategy, providing practical legal advice to management and headquarters, and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external counsel.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and oversee various litigation matters, including commercial disputes, labor cases, and other contentious proceedings across Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop litigation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and analyze claims, evidence, and legal documents to support case preparation and decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company in interactions with courts, arbitration centers, and relevant authorities where applicable
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an adequate and high-quality resource pool of external law firms, and work closely with external counsel to ensure effective case handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide proactive legal advice to business teams on dispute risks and mitigation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams on dispute-related matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor legal developments and provide updates on litigation trends and regulatory changes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 7 years of relevant experience
 
 in litigation or relevant areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic speaker, with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) as a working language
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid experience in handling all types of legal disputes
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Saudi legal and judicial system
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple cases independently in an organized fashion
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications (Will Be a Plus but not a must):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diverse professional background, including experience in law firms, in-house legal teams, and/or judicial institutions (e.g., courts or prosecutorial bodies) in Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseas education experience in an English-speaking country
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with or advising multinational companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with e-commerce, platform businesses, or fast-growing tech environments
 </li>

 What You'll Do
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end campaign execution across the platform, including planning, setup, launch, and post-campaign analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify marketing and growth opportunities across user scenarios and translate them into clear campaign strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and manage campaign mechanics such as discounts, vouchers, bundles, and subsidy allocation to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead merchant and product selection to ensure strong campaign performance and user relevance
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor campaign performance (e.g., conversion rate, GMV, ROI), identify gaps, and continuously optimize results
 </li>
 <li>
 Build structured processes and playbooks to improve campaign execution efficiency and scalability
 </li>
 <li>
 Support brand partnership initiatives within campaigns when relevant
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We Need From You
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in campaign operations, growth marketing, or platform operations within transaction-based industries (e.g., food delivery, e-commerce, fintech, telecom)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience managing in-app campaigns, promotions, or offers (e.g., discounts, vouchers, loyalty programs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions (Excel required; SQL is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, and growth levers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; Arabic is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Saudi Arabia or familiar with the local market
 </li>
