What You'll Do

1. Analyze and derive insights from large, complex datasets to monitor end-to-end logistics performance — capacity, efficiency, experience, and rider behaviour — and translate findings into decisions that move the business.
2. Design and maintain performance monitoring frameworks, build data visualizations and analytical tools, and own end-to-end data quality from extraction through to final output.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on operational priorities, communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams.
4. Participate in the formulation of capacity and experience strategies, track execution outcomes, diagnose gaps, and recommend corrective actions grounded in data evidence.
5. Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate analysis, and improve output quality.

What We Need From You

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
2. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with a demonstrated ability to turn analysis into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
3. Bilingual in English and Chinese — strong written and verbal communication in both languages for daily collaboration with a global team.
