Job Summary:

Al Haadi Mobilya is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to assist in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the supply of materials and components used in our furniture production. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day procurement operations, ensure timely deliveries, and help maintain strong supplier relationships while focusing on quality and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing materials, hardware, fabrics, and furniture components from local and international suppliers.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and update the internal database regularly.
  • Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and accounts departments to ensure smooth flow of materials.
  • Track inventory levels and raise purchase requests based on stock requirements.
  • Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery timelines under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
  • Ensure all items meet the quality and specification standards before accepting deliveries.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining vendor databases.
  • Handle daily administrative procurement tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (furniture or manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and inventory systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and procurement tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite at our location.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
  • Understanding of furniture materials and components.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
