Job Summary:

Enza Home Lahore is seeking a talented and customer-focused Sales & Concept Designer to join our showroom team. This role combines creative interior styling with direct customer engagement to deliver a high-end shopping experience. The ideal candidate will help clients visualize their spaces using Enza Home’s elegant furniture collections and guide them toward the best purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the showroom with product selection based on their needs, style preferences, and space requirements.
• Create basic design concepts, room layouts, and furniture combinations tailored to customer spaces.
• Use digital tools or hand sketches to present visual ideas that reflect Enza Home’s aesthetics.
• Achieve sales targets by converting design consultations into completed sales.
• Stay updated on Enza Home’s latest product offerings, trends, and seasonal design themes.
• Ensure showroom visual merchandising reflects design standards and customer appeal.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work closely with the sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer delivery and service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in furniture retail or home décor.
• Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of furniture materials, layouts, and home design.
• Basic skills in interior design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) are preferred.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Strong sales orientation with a customer-first approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and showroom sales systems.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Lahore, including weekends and public holidays as needed.

• Passion for home design and creating lifestyle spaces.
• Experience dealing with premium clientele.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple design consultations and sales tasks.
