Job Summary:

Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a creative and customer-oriented Sales & Concept Designer who can blend interior design knowledge with strong sales skills. This role involves guiding clients through product selection, creating interior concepts using Enza Home’s furniture collections, and ensuring an exceptional showroom experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for home décor and furnishings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients to the showroom and assist them in selecting suitable furniture and décor items.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and space requirements to offer personalized design recommendations.
• Create furniture layouts, mood boards, and basic interior concepts using Enza Home products.
• Use design software or manual sketches to present concept visuals to clients (basic-level design tools).
• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting design consultations into successful orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in the showroom that reflect current design trends and seasonal themes.
• Stay up-to-date on Enza Home’s product range, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist with showroom setups, displays, and client presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design or furniture sales (retail environment preferred).
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of furniture design and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or any basic planning tools) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship tools.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite at the Islamabad showroom, including weekends if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in premium furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively to clients.
• Knowledge of current design trends and customer preferences in the local market.
