We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Closer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing qualified leads, handling objections, and converting prospects into paying customers. You must possess excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close deals with warm leads provided by the marketing or appointment setting team.
  • Conduct sales calls or meetings (via phone, video, or in-person) to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Handle objections and rejections confidently and professionally.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until the deal is closed.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales scripts, offers, and the overall process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Inside Sales Rep, or similar role.
  • Strong track record of closing high-ticket deals or B2B/B2C sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain goal-focused.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated and driven by results.

Job Timings: 7Pm to 4Am
