Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated
Sales Manager
to drive qualified pipeline through
outbound email marketing, discovery meetings, and inside sales efforts
. This is a quota-carrying role focused on generating new opportunities across our key service areas in
Data & AI, Software Engineering, and Cloud Transformation
.

Responsilbilities
- Own and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) with content support from marketing
- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and inbound follow-up
- Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to understand their needs and position our services effectively
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of opportunities, including tracking in CRM and reporting progress
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales team to convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities
- Work with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles and iterate outreach strategies
- Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and market sentiment

Meet monthly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and closed opportunities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or business development in a B2B consulting or IT services environment
- Proven success in selling to clients in North America and/or Europe
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with outbound email tools (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM systems
- Capable of running structured discovery conversations and identifying client pain points
- Comfortable working remotely and independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Preferred experience selling services in Data & AI, Cloud Engineering (Azure/AWS), or Enterprise Software
- Preferred familiarity with modern prospecting techniques (cold outreach, account-based marketing, LinkedIn selling)

Preffered exposure to consultative sales methodology (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
