Job Description
  • Develop strategies to boost sales and develop retail network.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSSE for safe and standardized operations on sites.
  • Recommend/approve commercial terms including lease rentals, term, investments, visiting the key locations and high priority sites.
  • Set sales targets for exiting network, lead and motivate team to achieve those targets.
  • Ensure touring of sales staff to the sites and submission of inspection reports.
  • Recommend credit to the sites, track the payment cycle and ensure timely recoveries.
  • Identify NFR opportunities on the exiting network and develop the facilities.
  • Monitor and promote high standards of customer service and review performance of sales team.
  • Review pattern of sites product off take and adopt appropriate strategies for rising and downward price trends.

Education: BBA / MBA / MSc

Salary: 400k-500k

Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in an OMC

Location: Latif Abad, Hyderabad.

The candidate must have good knowledge of OMC operations.
