Job Opening: Secretary - Males only (Lahore – Head Office)
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 43,000
Qualification Required: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Age Limit: Max 35 years

We are hiring a Secretary to support our team at the Head Office in Lahore. This is a great opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to contribute to the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally
  • Schedule meetings, book rooms, arrange conference calls, and record meeting minutes
  • Draft and distribute memos, letters, and correspondence
  • Maintain an organized filing and document management system
  • Monitor and restock office supplies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
  • Manage daily agendas and appointments
  • Support bookkeeping and prepare reports, presentations, and emails
  • Maintain updated contact lists of clients, staff, suppliers, and partners
  • Document expenses and assist in financial record-keeping
  • Develop and implement office procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
  • Route messages to the appropriate team members
