We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executives to join our finance team. The ideal candidates must be highly proficient in Excel, fluent in English, and have solid experience in QuickBooks Online. You will primarily support the US-based accounting team and assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyze, and report data using Pivot Tables and other advanced Excel tools.
• Perform variance analysis, reconciliations, and support month-end activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in preparing financial statements.
• Work extensively on QuickBooks Online; ODOO experience is a plus.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the US finance team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting and financial reports.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• ACCA or other professional certifications.
• Experience with ODOO ERP.
• Prior coordination with international teams is a plus
