Ibex, for one of it's global client, is looking to hire a Software Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Drive and execute all processes of the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring efficient coordination with various teams and stakeholders.
Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage, and provide progress on all software development activities.
Administer application instances by setting up and supporting projects, roles, workflows, security, and plug-ins.
Ensure a deep technical understanding of applications and objectives to consistently deliver high-quality software solutions
Collaborate across teams to improve methodologies, understanding, and efficiency, promoting a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Identify, develop, and execute scalable and repeatable company-wide code, processes, and procedures.
Influence our Product, Engineering, and Operations roadmap strategy by partnering with cross-functional teams.
Successfully deliver and coordinate scheduled deployments and hotfixes of identified product lines.
Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement necessary reconciliation to maintain healthy applications and processes.
Handle Tier 2/3 Triage escalations for identified business-critical applications.
Collaborate with executive-level management to achieve performance goals and long-term operational and engineering plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a computing environment with Fullstack (Angular/Node) experience.
Proficiency in API Management Lifecycle, Agile methodologies,
Technical proficiency in SQL/RDB, XML/XSD, JSON, YAML, API, Web Services, Node.js, Angular, Express, and more.
Experience with REST API platform development, security frameworks, API layer configuration, SQL, Unix/Linux OS, and cloud technologies.
Exposure to cross-technology platforms such as Java, .NET, or similar frameworks is helpful.
Knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, and experience with AWS architecture/framework is a plus.
Exceptional research skills, resourcefulness, and a proven commitment to implementing test-driven development (TDD) methodologies or comprehensive code testing practices.
Comfortable in EST time zone (Evening/Night)
