Responsible for the detailed design and execution of solar projects in alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize large-scale solar PV systems (orientation, tilt, shading analysis).
• Prepare technical documentation (drawings, specifications, BoS, reports).
• Design structural and electrical components, including mountings, cables, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Select appropriate, cost-effective, and durable materials.
• Use CAD tools to create detailed 3D models and implementation drawings.
• Conduct on-site assessments (topography, ground conditions).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, wind load, and seismic standards.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in SketchUp, Helioscope, AutoCAD, PVSyst.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field.

Experience:
2–5 years of proven experience in solar system design and engineering.
