
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Supply Chain Consultant to support our procurement and facility operations across multiple office buildings, including co-working spaces. The ideal candidate will bring domain-specific experience in sourcing construction materials, handling repair and maintenance (R&M) procurement, negotiating with suppliers for transparency and cost-efficiency, and managing IT-related acquisitions such as MacBooks and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Material Procurement:
Identify, evaluate, and source quality construction-related materials at competitive prices for ongoing and future renovation/expansion projects.
- Repair & Maintenance Supply Management:
Establish R&M procurement protocols for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, ensuring quick turnaround and vendor reliability.
- Supplier Management & Negotiations:
Engage with local and international suppliers, negotiate prices, ensure contractual transparency, and maintain an updated supplier database with cost benchmarking.
- IT Equipment Procurement:
Oversee procurement of MacBooks, accessories, and other tech assets—ensuring warranty, pricing, and delivery standards meet company requirements.
- Multi-Site Facility Coordination:
Support operations in maintaining procurement standards across multiple office buildings and co-working spaces, ensuring seamless supply chain execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in construction material procurement and R&M sourcing.
- Strong network of reliable suppliers in local and international markets.
- Demonstrated ability in price negotiation and cost transparency.
- Familiarity with IT equipment procurement, especially MacBooks and related tech accessories.
- Experience managing procurement across multi-location office spaces, preferably in co-working or shared workspace environments.
- Hands-on with ERP/sourcing tools, documentation, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant supply chain/procurement experience.
- Excellent communication, vendor relationship, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a part-time consulting role.
Engagement Details:
- Working Hours: Flexible, estimated 10–20 hours/week (based on need)
- Compensation: Competitive consultancy-based retainer
