Product Management: Responsible for product lifecycle management, including planning for the introduction, growth, maturity, and decline stages. Based on product launch timing, selling points, and competitive analysis, deliver Xiaomi-side launch plans, coordinate with relevant departments, and be accountable for the execution and results of Xiaomi's new product launches.
Sales Management: Responsible for the sales revenue of the category. Regularly prepare and report sales analysis, conduct post-mortem reviews, and develop and analyze category operation strategies.
Market Insight: Collect market, industry, and competitor information; conduct product analysis and positioning; develop and implement blockbuster product plans; develop product retail strategies; monitor sales performance throughout the product lifecycle; and summarize patterns and strategies.
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, able to communicate normally.
Passionate about the sales industry, with at least 3 years of operational experience in the consumer electronics industry.
Possess the ability to monitor and analyze mobile phone/PAD categories, regularly analyze relevant data such as own products, the overall industry, and competitors, and propose optimization solutions based on the analysis results.
