Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and acquire new clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE business setup landscape and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE, especially within the company formation and business setup sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities (e.g., DED, Free Zones, DMCC, etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead generation campaigns
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact and client consultation to closing deals
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and other business functions to promote the company
- Upsell products for our other businesses like IT
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the UAE (preferably in business setup or consulting)
- Strong network and understanding of UAE business laws, Free Zones, and government procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Experience in IT sales is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
