Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and acquire new clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE business setup landscape and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE, especially within the company formation and business setup sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities (e.g., DED, Free Zones, DMCC, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead generation campaigns
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact and client consultation to closing deals
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and other business functions to promote the company
  • Upsell products for our other businesses like IT
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the UAE (preferably in business setup or consulting)
  • Strong network and understanding of UAE business laws, Free Zones, and government procedures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Experience in IT sales is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
